The two first tropical storms of the season in the Atlantic are born, names Ana and Bill. Ana doesn't seem to be very strong and it's unlikely that it gathers hurricane power before landfall, Bill is more serious and is expected to hit Puerto Rico next week as a hurricane. Those two seems to head toward Florida and not Texas but it could change (the reasons I am so interested in hurricanes are : a beloved part of my family lives in Houston, Texas and those mighty meteorological phenomenon fascinates me).
